As advertised, Daniel is a true genius in how he approaches your case and handles it as if it’s a walk in the park. Daniel is the definition of getting things done effectively and efficiently. Whole process was stressful, and although it’s not Daniel’s role to play psychiatrist , he still was able to handle all my outburst and shenanigans that I showed due to all the stress I was facing. I would 100 percent trust Daniel with my life and my cases. Two cases back to back beaten nothing gets passed Daniel, he is a beast in the court room, well prepared, well spoken, affirmative, and not scared to go to trial and secure a W!!! Mr. Marquez was thoroughly prepared for our hearing and did an excellent job of representing the parties. We were very impressed with his professionalism and his respectfulness of all parties.

Was referred to him by two others regarding a civil matter. I spoke with him back on 06/12 and was advised to email him and was told he would get back to me if he could help me. Unfortunately, after 3 weeks, and no responses I took that as he can’t. When I called to follow up, on 06/23 my call was declined the next day as well and no response to initial or to the second follow up email. I would have really appreciated even a brief message letting me know he wasn’t able to help. I’m sure he may be busy and prioritizes easier cases but the lack of communication and professionalism was upsetting.

Very responsive and guides you well through the process. Is upfront and won’t sugarcoat any part of your case, which is refreshing to note. Mr. Marquez showed excellent professionalism, and his staff were kind, courteous, and very helpful.
