I hired Jackson&MacNichol in 2017 because the Florida Regional VA reduced my back to 10 from 20%. The law firm appealed that decision and the Board restored my 20%. In addition, the law firm also appealed numerous other items. Finally, in July this year the Board granted me Individual Unemployability effective Nov 2018. I have received large VA backpay 3 times since hiring them. DFAS also has given me backpay twice since I am a military retiree and was granted 50% or more. I strongly recommend Jackson&MacNichol law firm to represent veterans in their fight for what they deserve.
