It is rare that I give reviews and I hardly ever give a one star. However, I can't even justify two stars. I am going to discuss Tiffany Coleman, Esq and her assistant, Anastasia Jones. From the beginning there were red flags. She was very business-like. Not friendly at all. This was a housing case of Fair Housing due to my disability and the treatment by a housing authority ( won't say which one). It was a mold issue that wasn't being taken care of (still isn't since March) and I needed someone to fight for me as an elderly disabled person. This was not the case. After she took the case, she contacted them via email. I would ask her assistant and she said, "we are waiting for a response". Two weeks went by with no response to the attorney email. What I was told that she contacted them 3 times. I decided to make a complaint to the HUD Inspector General and finally they responded to Atty. Coleman. However, they refused to meet with her and she didn't push them at all. She wasn't for me and seemed like she was working with them. There were so many mistakes by her and the housing, I can't list them all. This began in June and didn't end until Sept. 8th when they sent a letter to Tiffany Coleman that they would give me all my reasonable accommodations. There was no indication that she was going to close my case until I said, "I want to see the apartment first". Then, things changed and within 24 hrs she discharged me stating her work was done. She accepted what they said. I went to see the apt. and guess what? It didn't meet the standards agreed upon. So, now I do it all myself and I have pushed Housing and done more for myself with this horror story than she did in 3 months. If an atty. doesn't help you when you ask, "what should I say? I need help filling out forms"; dump them. I wanted so many times to discharge them, but people told me to keep her. Well, what happened is against ethical behavior. She is not for the impoverished at all. None of them are good. Atleast Gulf Coast told me they wouldn't take the case so I didn't waste time with them. Why would someone have a job helping poor people with housing and a disabled elderly person when it was obvious she and Ana did not care one bit about me and dump me before making sure everything was in place?

Horrible. The advice of the assigned attorney ended up costing me $1600.00 dollars. Jim Moss did not provide me with the correct information concerning Florida Law. He acted like I was burden to deal with the entire time. Short, rude, and unhelpful. Do not recommend going here.
I was very happy with the assistance that I was given by Bay area. Legal team number Tiffany Coleman. She Explain the paperwork to me, everything that was expected through this process. I appreciate all of the help that I was given.
