I don’t understand how and why this business is operating. Can’t get anyone on the phone and not allowed to go to the office. At community events advertising but not available to the community.

I was lead to believe that they would help me with my issues. It was only a counseling session. With advice I wasn’t sure about. They said that they would refer my case to a lawyer. It’s been about a month, and haven’t heard anything back. They may help others but I didn’t get help, I printed out all the information and documents, and they didn’t even look at them. Waste of my time and gas getting there.

Terrible not willing to help and are really rude

Absolutely no help what so ever. Just wanted to ask 2 questions. Went to office, do not accept walk ins.

A nonprofit organization collects extensive personal and confidential information, asks questions that should properly be answered by third parties, and then denies services based solely on assumptions and presumptions derived from that information. This raises serious concerns about transparency, fairness, and intent. It is reasonable to question whether the attorneys associated with this organization are genuinely committed to providing assistance, or whether the primary objective is the accumulation of sensitive personal data for internal systems—referred to as a “matrix”—that operate without full disclosure, informed consent, or honest explanation to those seeking help. Such practices undermine trust, may violate ethical standards, and warrant scrutiny regarding compliance with confidentiality, data-handling, and professional responsibility obligations.
