This place is a complete joke ! I have been calling , leaving message , and no one calls me back . I spoke with someone from the customer service she transferred me and I was on the phone for ONE HOUR AND 15 minutes . The recording kept saying I was the next in line and never was I able to speak with one. This is the problem with goverment agencies . They don’t have what it takes to work with the public . They don’t care !! They treat everyone like beggars . They rude and then when you complain or say something you are the crazy one .I am going to get in contact with Mr. Jeffrey Harvey to let him know how this office is ran . And please don’t tell me you have a lot of calls . I was the next in line for more than an hour. You guys didn’t want to take the call . If Community Legal Service doesn’t have the funds or the passion to work with people then just close the place. Give those funds to an agency that really care . I have been under so much stress since April when I first call . I have a disability . All I get is call the 1-800. Leave a message . File a form on line and that’s it . Non for profit agencies that are not doing what they are supposed to do should not get any funds from no one . That money you received is to help people . Not to be sitting down letting your customer service do your job . I am so disappointed , frustrated and in rage with how all these agencies laught in hour faces and just brush off people .

Unprofessional and alot of the people they hire are rude and hang up on you. Not sure where they employ their staff or give them instruction to be disrespectful unprofessional. Someone named Alex randomly called me and asked if I called looking for assistance and I called many places looking for assistance. He did not want to identify the company and who he’s looking for which is me because of policy and that’s not true. Very demonic. And hangs up before I can verify the number. Especially since people calling are low income. You have these people doing this .

I can’t say anything because they never answer, but now I will. I have called this place more than once for an issue I have with housing . If it was for me they should be close down . All the people that work here are useless . I have no idea why are they getting paid. They don’t answer questions. Their office is closed. They are very disrespectful over the phone . There work ethic is zero . But since I know that Mr Jeffrey Harvey is the CEO I will be contacting him about my interaction with one of the employees. Unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. You’ll be hearing from me .

The coordinator assigned to my matter failed to comprehend the nature of my case despite repeated explanations. She did not initially request the evidentiary documents and exhibits necessary for review by potential pro bono counsel. Only after my insistence did she agree that such documentation was essential. I specifically advised her that any attorney retained must possess knowledge of the doctrine of constructive knowledge in disability law, experience with proceedings before the Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH), and familiarity with cases involving public school systems. Despite these clear requirements, the coordinator referred me to counsel who was both dismissive and unprofessional. This attorney had not reviewed my evidentiary materials and admitted he never received them, notwithstanding the coordinator’s representation that she had transmitted the documents. One of these parties was plainly untruthful. The attorney further asserted—incorrectly—that I had no case because I had not disclosed my disability. His statements demonstrate a lack of understanding of DOAH procedure and the principle of constructive knowledge, under which disclosure is not required when an employer has sufficient information to reasonably infer the existence of a disability. His conduct provided no substantive assistance and only served to prejudice my position. Subsequently, the coordinator informed me that she could no longer assist, despite having provided minimal support throughout. She then referred me to another agency that, by her own admission, would not be able to provide meaningful help. In effect, her position was: “If we cannot assist you, we will refer you to another entity that likewise cannot.”
