On a scale of 1-10. 0 for communication 0 for promptness 0 for knowledgeable 10 for kindness, the office staff is kind. They will smile sweetly at you and bill you but you will never know what is happening on your case, they assured me that he handled simple disputes over property and it was no problem. At one point in the last 2.5 years I sent an email to see if they were still representing me. I did not get a response but they billed me for the email. I had questions about the bill, they billed me for the questions. Today I went in the office to pick up a check. Thank goodness I was wearing Meta Glasses and recorded the entire transaction with the paralegal who was making all kinds of excuses about the hurricane, endless phone calls and thousands of emails coming through, and even told me that I should book a time with Attorney Dodd for some “legal therapy” to vent my frustrations. No thank you team Dodd you will be hearing from the board as none of this is ethical or in any way acceptable. Whatever has brought you to look for a lawyer, keep looking!
