I suddenly became DPOA due to family medical complications, and Mike and his team were amazing. Emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings were straight forward and friendly. Mike was incredibly informative and fast to respond for time-sensitive processes. Working with him saved a lot of headaches and helped clear up the many aspects of bureaucracies I was dealing with and he helped save me a lot of stress, time, and money.
