So somebody from this office called me today. I guess they pick and choose who they gonna help. Why ask somebody your information and to decide whether you want you're not going to help them what a waste of time.

I've called them twice over the past years. They don't call back because they don't care. STOP advertising about these people. They don't help anyone and they don't care. I have money for attorney fees. I just have to find a attorney that handles the case I have. Every attorney I've called in the past YEAR has told me no.

Nobody returns phone calls for weeks a representative named Mackenzie reached out to help me transferred me to only be disconnected!

Miss W.★★☆☆☆

I have called Lakeshore a couple of times and the last several years. The intake person is very unprofessional and short. She has been with them for a while. I have spoken with her on both times, and she is still the same. I would have provided more stars for them due to Attorney Kathleen being prompt, polite and professional. However, customer service is very important. It is already challenging for everyone. There is no excuse for being this way to individuals going through financial hardship and more.

I went to a lakeshore legal aid event signed paperwork sayin a attorney pulled my case and will call me nobody called me. They had 4 months to get ahold of me before court date. Nobody answers the phones when you call I could won my last court case if I had an attorney im highly upset
