- Read your assessment. See what is present, what is missing, and what requires clinician judgment. The free assessment is useful on its own and remains available after you view it.

- Return with clinician feedback. Save changes and keep a clinician-returned letter separate from the unreviewed working draft. The clinician may adjust, reject, or author their own opinion.

Raven Nexus does not diagnose you, decide medical causation, supply a clinician's credentials or signature, guarantee an outcome, file a claim, or contact VA. A completeness check is not verification of medical accuracy. The clinician may change, reject, or replace the draft.

Common questions
Does Raven Nexus write my nexus letter?
It prepares a source-connected working draft and review questions for your clinician. The clinician supplies or adopts the medical reasoning and final probability conclusion. Until independently reviewed and adopted, the draft is not medical evidence.
Do I always need a nexus letter?
No. A qualifying presumption may make a separate opinion unnecessary, and some claims concern the rating level rather than connection. The readiness check starts with that distinction.
Where do the numbers come from?
Raven Nexus uses a narrower analyzed group from the Board library that matches the condition and connection theory. Every percentage shows the condition-record sample size used to calculate it. These are historical associations, not predictions about a claim.
Is my medical information stored?
This public readiness check asks for no upload. Documents you upload in the tool are stored in your private Claim Workspace and processed with your AI consent. Your saved assessments, drafts, and source documents have separate deletion controls. The primary workflow sends nothing to a clinician or VA.
