What is a nexus letter?
A nexus letter is a clinician's medical opinion about whether a condition is connected to military service or to another condition that is connected to service.
Does Raven Nexus include a clinician?
No. Raven Nexus prepares material for a clinician you choose. A medical appointment, independent opinion and signature aren't included.
What does the free assessment include?
A free account includes one starter assessment. For a new letter, you can select up to three documents within the 20-page limit. If you already have a letter, the starter checks that letter on its own. Full drafts, further assessments and comparisons with additional records require Standard or Plus.
Can I change the draft?
Yes. Edit the draft and revise it after adding information or receiving clinician feedback. You can download it as an editable Word document.
What if my records or the research are incomplete?
Nexus identifies what is missing. Depending on the available material, it may produce an incomplete draft or an evidence packet for further review.
