Worst experience ever. I’ve been calling since June and was told to call back. Been calling since August 7th can’t leave a message and I was 4th in line. Like other people I didn’t get any call back. Well guess what now they can’t help because they took to long to call back. I literally had to go to the office. No walk ins. So what help are they? Pointless and a waste of time. Have proof of everything and still can’t help me.. Or anyone for that matter. Wasn’t months trying to get help from them. Thanks for nothing

After qualifying for legal aid & going through their intake process, I was told an attorney would be calling me back. 3 months later...still waiting. They have issues returning phone calls.

Horrible I called and they said 2 people were in front of me they told me I could choose for them to call me back and I won't loose my position and it was just lies they never called

Kind of hard to talk to anyone if no one ever answers the phone iv called four times and the line is always full and I'm told to try again later

Gave 1 star because I had to!! It's sad anything for low income people are ran so poorly!! I call this place after listening to 19 different options it told me they were to busy to answer! May not ever answer! And are only open so many hours!! Smh stop letting people like this be the people we need for help!!
