What is excluded and the limits

  • Sephora at Kohl's and any brands or categories Kohl's marks as coupon ineligible.
  • Price adjustments, Kohl's credit card payments, taxes, shipping or handling fees, gift cards, and Kohl's Cares or other charitable items.
Code rules
Mondays only, in store only. The discount cannot be used with other percent-off coupons, including age-specific discounts. Kohl's applies dollar-off coupons, including Kohl's Cash, before percent-off coupons.

The cheapest way to buy Kohl's as a veteran

The military discount is not always the lowest price. Compare it with these before you buy.

Kohl's applies dollar-off coupons and Kohl's Cash before the 15 percent, so you can use both. If a public percent-off coupon is larger than 15 percent on the day you shop, it saves more, because Kohl's will not combine two percent-off coupons.

The military discount cannot be used with other percent-off coupons, including age-specific discounts. Kohl's applies dollar-off coupons, including Kohl's Cash, first.

Exchange availability has not been checked.

Kohl's gave 30 percent off in store to the same groups on November 10 and 11, 2025. As of October 2, 2026, Kohl's has not posted a 2026 Veterans Day offer.

DD-214 copies

Request a DD214 from the National Archives online or by mail or fax. Most basic non-archival requests by veterans are free; older archival records can have fees. Use a copy that contains the fields requested by the particular verifier.

For the Exchange review, Member Copy 1 is insufficient. AAFES lists Member Copies 2 through 8 and says not to redact that submission. Follow the secure verifier instructions rather than sending records to a store or to Claim Raven.
