  • Cannot be combined with the Nissan College Grad Program offer or other VPP offers.
  • Personal use only. Not valid for fleet or business use.
  • Subject to residency restrictions, and you need a valid U.S. driver's license.

The cheapest way to buy Nissan as a veteran

The military discount is not always the lowest price. Compare it with these before you buy.

Nissan adds the $500 to current national and regional incentives, so ask the dealer to list every incentive for your ZIP code and then add the military cash as its own line. If you were also offered VPP pricing, compare both totals, since the two do not combine.

Nissan says the $500 combines with all current national and regional incentives, but not with the College Grad Program offer or other VPP offers.

Exchange availability was not confirmed. Do not assume the same vehicle or offer is available there.

No dated holiday offer is posted. Nissan says the program can change or end without notice.

If the discount does not work

You retired with fewer than 20 years

Nissan's retiree rule needs at least 20 years of Active or Reserve duty. If you separated in the last 24 months, you may still qualify as a veteran.

The dealer offers VPP pricing instead

The military cash does not combine with other VPP offers. Ask for both totals and take the lower one.

Your vehicle is not on the list

Only vehicles on Nissan's current Military Cash Program Offers list qualify. Check that list before you choose a model.

You already bought two Nissans this year

The limit is two leases or purchases per calendar year for each participant, so the next one has to wait for the new calendar year.

A VA benefit that may be worth more

VA automobile allowance

The automobile allowance can pay up to $27,908.90 toward a qualifying specially equipped vehicle. VA pays the seller directly. Specific service-connected disability requirements apply; a rating alone does not establish eligibility.

Check VA eligibility before agreeing to a vehicle purchase.
