Find your records and saved work
Start with Home, then use Documents, Action Plan and Workspaces to return to the records and preparation you have saved.
Overview

Home and saved work Fictional account Home page with an Action Plan progress count and Continue workspace, with no VA claims imported. Sample Home page with saved preparation and no imported VA claim data. Continue action plan opens the preparation tasks. Continue workspace returns to the saved workspace.
Choose where to start
Open Documents to add or find an original PDF Saving a file and reviewing it are separate steps. Read the choices before starting a review. Open Action Plan to choose a task, accept a useful suggestion or add your own task You can keep a task without assigning a condition or workspace. Open Workspaces when you want related records, tasks, drafts and notes in one place Link existing originals instead of uploading another copy. Use Favorites on a page you return to often Its menu lets you keep the navigation open or collapse it after navigation.
Return to saved work
Open the original feature and choose the saved record, task, conversation or draft. When a task has a saved output, its link returns to that output. Internal app tabs let you move between related pages. Closing a tab does not delete a saved document or draft. The open tab arrangement does not restore after a browser refresh.
Save before leaving
Use the save control for the feature you are editing and wait for confirmation. Some unfinished text stays available while you move within the app, but that is not a saved account copy. Do not rely on a browser refresh to recover it. If a tool shows a recovery notice, follow that notice before closing the page. Symptom entries and exam preparation have their own recovery controls; those controls do not establish recovery for other tools.
Check the action before you start
The connected pages organize your work. Specialist reviews and tools keep their own access, consent and usage checks. Use the allowance displayed for the selected action. A saved draft or completed preparation task is not confirmation that anything was sent to VA.
If you cannot continue
If you cannot continue Saved work is not where expected Open the feature where you saved it and check its list, search and filters. Check the condition or workspace shown in a task link. A closed app tab does not delete saved work. If a save is unconfirmed, preserve your text and use that feature’s recovery notice before refreshing.
