Responsible for ensuring completion of all assigned reviews or reconsiderations within two (2) business days from the date of assignment shown in QMS. 2. Error Trend Analysis1. Responsible for analyzing appropriate quality metrics to determine areas for training and mentoring at least quarterly. QRSs may also participate in this analysis. 2. Responsible for coordinating with RO Training Managers/Coordinators to identify training needs to address and reduce errors.
Error Correction AuditsResponsible for ensuring the completion of monthly Error Correction Audits. Reference: For more information, see the Error Correction Validation Standard Operating Procedure maintained by the Office of Field Operations (OFO). Note: Special Mission audits are assigned to the home station of the employee that completed the transaction. This allows the employee's home RO to follow their local notification procedures. Coaches may need to manually assign these reviews to the QRS for completion.

6.3.b. Responsibilities of All Management Members

All management members are responsible for ensuring that errors cited as part of the local quality program are corrected within the performance standard requirements for each employee.
