My Data controls should be read from the current authenticated product and Privacy Policy. Export, connection, consent, saved-output deletion, and account deletion are separate actions; one does not automatically perform the others.
Overview
Toolkit output is educational and veteran controlled Claim Raven can organize questions, records, research, and drafts. It does not diagnose, choose what to claim, select a form or review lane, calculate a notice deadline, submit, or represent the veteran.
Use My Data with a reviewable workflow
Choose one bounded task Separate condition research, evidence organization, filing education, and status notes. The tool matches the question. Use the veteran's own sources Confirm dates, conditions, records, notices, and status before entering or reusing them. The workspace does not invent claim facts. Review product limits Read whether a result is generated, imported, user entered, or unavailable. Source provenance stays visible. Follow current official instructions Use the controlling notice, form, VA.gov route, and current authority for consequential action. The veteran makes the final decision from current sources. If the product and source do not match
If the product and source do not match A result, status, date, label, or draft conflicts with the source record Reopen the complete source rather than a screenshot or excerpt Confirm the selected account, workspace, document, condition, and date range Look for a partial, stale, failed, generated, or user-entered label Correct or discard the product output instead of changing the source to fit it Use the complete source and current official instructions for consequential action. Report a product defect with synthetic or irreversibly redacted details only. For product help, describe the route, visible state, and expected behavior without attaching private records, credentials, or identifying claim details.
