Keep and organize your original records
Save original PDFs in Documents, edit their details and link them to a workspace without creating another stored copy.
Overview
Documents keeps your original PDFs and their saved reviews together. You can name a file, correct its type and date, and link it to a workspace.
Add and organize a file
Saved originals in Documents Documents list with saved fictional PDFs, Not analyzed statuses, workspace links and document dates. Sample account: the originals are saved, and no review has been run. The Analysis column separates a saved original from an analyzed record. Workspace links keep the original in Documents. Open Documents and select Upload documents Choose your PDFs and check the file and storage limits shown in the upload form. Wait for each original to finish saving The upload flow can then open Review records with those files selected. Check the selection before starting a review. Open a saved document In Properties, enter a useful name, type, date or tags and select Save details. Select documents in the list and choose Actions, then Add to workspace Choose the workspace that should use them. Linking keeps one original in Documents. It does not run a review or make a second stored copy.
Read or retrieve the original
Saving an original does not start analysis. Review records and specialist reviews are separate actions. Check the selected files, consent and any allowance or payment shown before starting a review. Open the document from the list to return to its reader and saved review. Download original retrieves the PDF you uploaded. Check the original when a summary needs context or a date looks wrong. If a file needs attention after an interrupted upload, open it and use Check saved original. Read the result before trying another upload; the first file may already have reached storage.
Remove the right thing
Removing a workspace link keeps the original in Documents. Delete original and review removes the original, its saved review and workspace links. Preparation tasks retain their text, but the removed source is no longer available. Keep any copy you need before deleting an original. Editing its name or type does not alter the PDF bytes. Save details before leaving; an unfinished edit is not the saved metadata. If this view is unavailable in your account, use the access message shown there. Availability and review allowances depend on the account and the current rollout.
If you cannot continue
If you cannot continue An upload or saved file needs attention Open the file and look for Check saved original. Read the recovery result before uploading the same PDF again. If the original is saved, use Download original to check it. A saved original can still say Not analyzed until you choose and complete a review. For product help, describe the page, the message shown and what you were trying to do. Keep private records and account details out of screenshots.
