Add records and review what changed

Update a saved claim overview with new records, compare its retained versions and choose whether to use the new suggestions.

Overview

When you add records, you can update the relevant claim overview. The update creates a new saved version; it does not silently replace your earlier overview or your task decisions.

Update an overview

Save the new original in Documents. Save the new original in Documents. Open Record reviews and choose the overview you want to update. Open Record reviews and choose the overview you want to update. Select Update records and check the proposed file selection and workspace. In Update claim overview, check the proposed file selection. The update keeps the overview’s workspace. Review changes Select Review changes. Review its coverage, issues and sources before using the result. Unchanged readings can be reused. A changed reading method or edited source details may require another reading. The update is an explicit action; a new upload alone is not confirmation that an old overview has been refreshed.

Compare the result

Use the overview's version selection to open the earlier and current saved versions. Read the sources behind an added finding or changed suggestion. The current version history is not a page-by-page comparison of every extracted field. When the newer overview is ready, select Use these suggestions if you want its suggested next steps reflected in Action Plan. Review the resulting tasks and their source history. Your edited task text, progress, dates and reminder choices remain yours. An update does not silently complete, reopen or dismiss earlier tasks.

If a source is removed

Removing an original can withdraw an overview that depended on it. The app must show that source as unavailable. Keep the saved original if you still need it to examine an earlier result. Review any preparation that relied on the removed information before using it elsewhere.

If you cannot continue

If you cannot continue The update is unavailable or the source changed Check whether you are viewing an earlier version. Use Open latest review before trying Update records. Inspect the new selection and source availability. A new upload does not refresh an overview until you explicitly review changes.
