Keep your condition information together
Save a personal condition, distinguish your entries from VA records and connect the evidence and preparation that belong with it.
Overview
My conditions keeps your entries, linked records and preparation in one place. Your saved details stay separate from imported VA ratings and decisions.
Add a condition
Saved personal conditions My conditions list with knee pain and migraines showing Not entered ratings, and hearing loss with an entered 0% rating. Sample condition entries distinguish an unentered rating from an assigned 0% rating. VA status and Rating are separate columns. Evidence counts show how many originals are linked to each condition. Open My conditions and select Add condition. Open My conditions and select Add condition. Enter the name you use for the condition Choose the diagnosis status that matches what you know. Set VA status and answer whether VA has assigned a rating Not sure, no rating entered and an assigned 0% rating mean different things. Enter a rating or effective date only when you have the source to support it Select Save condition. Open Properties later to review the saved details or use Edit details. Changing your personal entry does not change a VA decision.
Connect records and next steps
Choose Link evidence to select your saved originals. Open Evidence to return to each original and any available saved analysis. Use Preparation for tasks in this condition's scope. Research opens related reference material. Check the named reference before using it, especially when the personal condition has an alias or no exact match. General research is separate from evidence about you.
Review a suggestion
Suggestions from records lets you examine a proposed condition and its source. Check for an existing entry before adding another. Accepting or editing a suggestion is a deliberate choice; a mention in a record does not silently change your diagnosis or rating. Archive condition moves an entry out of the active list while keeping its notes and evidence links. Open Archived to restore it. If a task or tool cannot use an archived condition, restore or review the intended context rather than choosing a different condition to bypass the message.
If you cannot continue
If you cannot continue A condition or linked record is missing Check Active, Archived and the condition search. Open the intended condition and check Evidence. Restore an archived condition when you need it active. Use Link evidence to choose an existing saved original instead of uploading another copy. For product help, describe the page, the message shown and what you were trying to do. Keep private records and account details out of screenshots.
