Review one document and check what was read
Choose a review for one saved PDF, check its page coverage and use the original to examine the result.
Overview
Analyze reads a saved original and helps you choose an appropriate review. A basic summary and a specialist letter or DBQ review are different actions. Before the first reading Analyze document dialog for a saved fictional knee follow-up PDF, with Analyze document and Cancel buttons. The initial confirmation screen. No document reading or analysis has run. Opening Analyze does not start the reading. Read the consent and review information before confirming.
Start a review
Open the original and choose Analyze Check that the saved PDF is the file you intended to review. The first dialog is Analyze document. Start the initial reading Read the consent information, then select Analyze document when ready. Wait for the saved status; opening the dialog alone does not start a review. Choose a review when asked If Choose review appears, open it and check the detected Document type and readable-page coverage. Correct the type when needed. Confirm the appropriate result Use Save basic review when offered, or read the current allowance before Start letter review or Start DBQ review. A Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) is the form used to record examination findings. A letter or DBQ can keep a basic summary instead of starting the specialist review. Use the current allowance shown in the app; storage and specialist analysis have separate limits.
Read the saved result
Return to the same document or open its result notice from Inbox. Read the summary, expand the full review where available, and open the supporting original pages. Check how many pages were readable. A result based on part of a document is only about the content read. An unreadable page does not establish that information is missing from your records.
Handle an incomplete review
If the reading is uncertain, check the original and correct the type or choose the available basic summary. If analysis fails, use Retry analysis from that document after reviewing the message. A failed follow-up review can leave an earlier saved result available. Check the result and status you are viewing before treating it as the latest review. Do not upload another copy merely to reopen a saved result. Suggestions from the result appear with their sources in Action Plan. Review them before accepting them. Changing a task does not rewrite the original PDF.
If you cannot continue
If you cannot continue The reading or allowance needs attention Check the original and the readable-page coverage. Use the document’s Retry analysis control when a failed review offers it; use Try again if its allowance could not load. Choose the available basic review or the correct specialist action deliberately. Reopen the same original instead of creating another upload just to recover a saved result.
