Prepare a medical-opinion packet with Raven Nexus
Choose retained evidence, inspect the saved assessment and return to the same preparation from its Action Plan task.
Overview
Raven Nexus helps you gather selected evidence for a medical-opinion review. Start with the condition and connection you want examined, then choose the records that support that question.
Select and check your sources
Open the Raven Nexus builder Use the medical-opinion task in Action Plan or the signed-in Nexus tool entry. Check the condition and workspace before continuing. Choose the connection you want reviewed and continue to records. Choose the connection you want reviewed and continue to records. Select retained records If a saved original needs Prepare for Nexus, open it, inspect the original and complete the identity review before selecting it. Check the document and page limits, consent and current access information Select Review my sources when the selection is ready. Opening Nexus from a condition does not automatically attach every linked analysis. Oversized or incomplete sources can need attention before the assessment can start.
Read and retain the result
Inspect the saved assessment and the evidence it used. Choose the relevant retained facts before preparing a draft where your access allows it. Undated excerpts should remain undated; do not supply a date simply to make a citation look complete. Read the output's current state. It may be an evidence packet or a draft that needs more information. A generated draft is material for clinician review, not a signed medical opinion.
Reopen and return
Use Your saved assessments to reopen the assessment and its available saved draft. When opened from a supported task, the confirmed assessment can be linked back to that task. If the task link fails, use Retry task link; this retries the connection without another assessment. Use the export control for the output you need and open the downloaded file to check it. Saving an assessment, exporting a file and sending it to a clinician are separate actions. None completes the Action Plan task automatically.
If you cannot continue
If you cannot continue An assessment or task link needs attention Check Your saved assessments before starting another assessment. If the assessment is saved but its task link failed, use Retry task link when offered. A link retry reconnects the saved assessment. It does not request another assessment or generate a new letter.
