Deadline Reminders

Deadline reminders notify from dates and preferences the user has confirmed. A reminder is not a deadline calculation, filing receipt, guaranteed delivery, or substitute for the complete notice.

Quick Actions

Quick Actions are navigation shortcuts to current Claim Raven tools. Opening a tool does not choose a claim strategy, spend authority on the user's behalf, submit a form, or change a VA record.

Custom Dashboard Layout

Dashboard customization changes which supported cards are visible or arranged for the account. Hiding a card does not delete its underlying data, change a claim, or stop a separate notification or connection.
