A displayed office or transfer is administrative information, not a claim-strength signal or a promise of faster action. Use VA.gov and the complete claim record for current status, and do not infer why VA assigned or moved a claim unless VA states the reason.

Verify the official listing Open the current VA facility or regional-office page and compare location, contact, services, and hours. The destination is confirmed before travel or mailing.
