Claims Dashboard

The Claims Dashboard organizes claim records currently available to your account into active and completed views. Check the last refresh and open a claim for details, but verify consequential status, dates, and requests in VA.gov and the complete VA notice.

Overview

The Claims Dashboard organizes claim records currently available to your Claim Raven account. It separates active and completed claims, provides search and pagination, and opens a detailed view for each claim. What appears depends on the source data available to your account and when it last refreshed. Use VA.gov and the complete notice for consequential action Claim Raven is not VA. Before relying on a status, requested action, deadline, decision, or submission route, verify it in VA.gov and the complete VA notice. Never wait for a dashboard refresh or alert before protecting a notice-stated date.

Review your claims

Open the Dashboard Sign in and use the Your claims area. Active, Completed, and Appeals are separate views. You are looking at the intended record set instead of assuming one tab contains everything. Check the available source and refresh time Confirm that your account has imported or connected claim data and note when it last refreshed. Use Refresh when you need Claim Raven to request current available claim data. You know whether the displayed record may be stale or incomplete. Search or change views Use the active or completed view and search by the claim information shown. A missing search result does not prove that VA has no claim. Filters are ruled out before you treat a record as missing. Open the claim card Review the available status, phase history, conditions or contentions, tracked items, and other source fields in the detailed claim view. You see the record context instead of relying on one card label. Verify the next action outside the dashboard Compare any important request, date, or decision with VA.gov and the complete notice before acting. The official record, not a software summary, controls the action you take.

What dashboard labels do and do not mean

Use dashboard fields as source-limited account information Field Use it for Do not assume Active or completed Organizing the current account view That VA uses the same grouping for every issue or that the legal effect is established Status or phase Seeing the latest available status label and history That no newer VA action or notice exists Conditions or contentions Identifying issues listed in the available claim record That every label is normalized, granted, denied, or medically established Tracked items Reviewing requests or evidence items included in the available source That the list is complete or replaces the complete notice Estimated date Seeing a model or source estimate when the product displays one A promised VA completion date or a deadline No claim placeholders Demo mode does not show sample claims or appeals as if they were personal records. If your account has no available claim data, the dashboard should show an empty state instead of inventing a claim.

If a claim is missing or looks out of date

If a claim is missing or looks out of date No claims appear Clear the dashboard search and select the correct view Confirm that you completed the intended VA Data Bridge or supported connection flow Use the dashboard refresh action Check the claim directly in VA.gov Treat VA.gov as the source of truth. If VA.gov shows the claim but Claim Raven still does not after a successful refresh, contact support with the screen state and no claim documents or identifying details. The displayed status differs from VA.gov or a notice Compare the dashboard last-refresh time Refresh available claim data once Read the complete VA notice Preserve any notice-stated date while the mismatch is investigated Follow the official notice and VA.gov, and report the Claim Raven mismatch without waiting for the dashboard to change. Email help@claimraven.com with a synthetic description of the tab, status label, last-refresh behavior, and expected result. Do not attach a decision letter or include a claim number in a general support email.
